Payment Policy

1.  All items must be paid for in full, before the items are posted off to you.

2.  All items must be paid for using Pay Pal, for yours and my security.   This means your purchased are fully covered.

3.  You DO NOT need a paypal account to pay for your purchases.

Delivery Policy

1.  The delivery of all Reborn Baby Dolls will be made by Parcel Force 48 to UK Destinations.  Parcel Force International Signed For.

2.  The Cost for this will be £14.00 to the UK, or £60 all other destinations. (prices are due to weight of parcel).  Some European Countries will be slightly Cheaper.

3.  Once payment has been received and cleared, your parcel will be booked with Parcel Force and dispatched.

4. Any items paid for at the weekends or bank holidays will not be posted until the following working Day.

5.  I will email you the tracking code for your parcel. 

Refund/Return Policy

1.  All items can be returned to Yellow Cottage Nursery

2.  All items must be returned in NEW and UNUSED condition, to receive a full refund of the item.

3.  Postage/Shipping will not be refunded.

4.  All return shipping/Postage will be paid by the purchaser.

5. Your will have a 7 day cancellation period.

6.  You will have 14 days to return your item. These 14 days are from the date you signed for you parcel.

Privacy Policy

1.  No information is held on customers banking details

2.   All credit/debit card information will be distroyed.
